HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT

Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your Store Credit is applied successfully at checkout.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Visit: https://account.nvrfld.in/profile

Log in using the same email address on which the Store Credit was granted. If unsure, please check your email inbox for the confirmation message.

Step 2: Confirm Your Store Credit Balance

Once logged in, you will be able to view your available Store Credit balance on your account page.

Step 3: Navigate to the Product Page

While remaining logged in, go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase. Make sure your session remains active.

Step 4: Add the Product to Cart (Important)

Scroll down and click “Add to Cart.”

Do NOT click “Buy Now.” The “Buy Now” button redirects to Razorpay checkout, which does not support Store Credit usage. Store Credit works only through Shopify assisted checkout.

Step 5: Keep the Item in Your Cart

If the cart drawer pops up after adding the item, you may close it. Just ensure the product remains in your cart.

Step 6: Open the Shopify Checkout Page

Now open the Shopify checkout by typing the following URL directly into your browser address bar:

Important Reminders:

  • You must be logged in.
  • The product must already be added to your cart.
  • Do not use an Incognito / Private browsing window.
  • Complete the process in the same browser session.

Step 7: Apply Store Credit at Checkout

On the checkout page, you will find the option to apply your Store Credit.

  • Ensure the Store Credit option is checked.
  • Confirm that the credit amount is deducted from your total.
  • Proceed to complete payment using your preferred payment gateway.

Important Notes:

  • Store Credit is linked strictly to the credited email address.
  • It can only be used when logged into the same account.
  • It works only through Shopify assisted checkout.
  • Incognito windows or guest checkout will not allow Store Credit usage.
