This Fair Use Policy explains how NVRFLD products, brand assets, and creative content may be used. By accessing our website or purchasing from NVRFLD, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Use of NVRFLD Products

NVRFLD products are sold strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

Customers may style, wear, and share the products freely, but:

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any NVRFLD designs or copyrighted artworks.

  • You may not use our products or images in a way that misrepresents involvement, partnership, or endorsement by NVRFLD.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All original artworks, graphics, illustrations, and printed designs on our products (especially front-graphic artworks, logos, and signature elements) are copyrighted intellectual property of NVRFLD.

  • These artworks cannot be copied, traced, reprinted, edited, or reused in any form, whether digital or physical.

  • Website content, product photography, product descriptions, and visual assets unless mentioned, are not protected.

Only non-copyrighted elements (such as generic shapes or public-domain icons) are not restricted, but our artworks and compositions remain copyrighted and cannot be duplicated.

3. Design Inspiration & Originality

NVRFLD creates unique streetwear pieces inspired by global culture and fashion.

  • Some designs may be loosely inspired by non-copyrighted products available in other countries, but we do not replicate or reuse any protected artwork, trademarks, or brand identifiers.

  • All finished designs are created compositions, developed independently and protected under copyright where applicable.

  • We do not claim affiliation with any brands whose general style may influence our creative direction.

4. Customer Content (UGC)

When you share photos or videos featuring NVRFLD products:

  • You grant us permission to repost and use the content for marketing purposes (with credit unless stated otherwise).

  • You may request removal at any time.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or recreate any copyrighted artwork used on the front or back of our products.

  • Use NVRFLD graphics for your own clothing brand, merchandise, or resale ventures.

  • Upload our designs to print-on-demand websites or any marketplace.

  • Extract, trace, or redraw our copyrighted product artworks for any purpose.

  • Use NVRFLD branding or product images in misleading, harmful, or defamatory ways.

6. Third-Party & Non-Copyrighted Elements

In some cases, NVRFLD may incorporate non-copyrighted visual designs or culturally common motifs (e.g., minimal shapes, public-domain symbols, basic icons).

  • These elements are used legally and are not in violation of any rights.

  • However, the overall design arrangement, composition, artwork style, and final artwork, if any, we produce remain copyrighted with the authorities and cannot be copied.

7. Enforcement

NVRFLD reserves the right to take action against unauthorized use of our copyrighted works, including:

  • DMCA takedowns

  • Content removal requests

  • Restriction or blocking of website access

  • Legal action for repeated or commercial infringement
