RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

By accessing or placing an order on the HOUSE OF NVRFLD website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend refraining from transacting on nvrfld.in.

Please note that we may update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to review the policy each time you place an order to ensure you understand the terms that apply.


RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you’ll receive an update via email, and a pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.

  • To began processing the return, a reverse shipment charge of ₹150 would be charged from the customer, or you can opt to ship the item yourself through DTDC/Xpressbees courier services.
  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your area pin code.
  • Once your item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check (QC). If approved, we’ll move forward with your exchange or issue a credit note in case of return.
  • Exchanges are usually delivered within 7–10 working days.
  • If your requested size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or a store credit (gift card) redeemable online or at any of our offline stores.
  • All returns are processed as store credits, shared via your registered email once QC is approved.

Important: Please ensure the product is returned in original condition. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange or return.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations are allowed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only if the order hasn’t been dispatched, within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Prepaid orders are final. No cancellations.
  • PRE-ORDERS may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. A flat INR 99 restocking charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year and redeemable online or at our offline stores and pop-ups.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order confirmation is mandatory before dispatch. If the customer fails to confirm, the order will be automatically be marked as cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returns are not possible unless the product is completely damaged. In such cases, customers must provide clear unboxing video proof at the time of opening the package.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product style in case of size-related issues. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted under COD orders.


14-DAY GARMENT ISSUE POLICY

If you face any product-related concerns such as colour bleeding, print issues, fabric defects, we offer a 14-day window from the date of purchase to report the issue. We’ll arrange a pickup and resolve the matter. Requests after 14 days will not be eligible for resolution.

NOTE: We require a video-proof with the tags intact of the issue in any case of return. No return claims will be considered without a video-proof.


EXCHANGE & RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The size doesn’t fit.
  • The product or packaging is damaged in transit.
  • The item is defective, i.e, it is torn or the fabric is spoilt.
  • Accessories or parts of the order are missing.

No Returns are possible for products where mentioned.
In rare cases of non-exchange returns, the refunds are only processed through Store Credit, or virtual Gift Cards, valid upto 1 year.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. It is required to furnish a video-proof, which should be recorded from while opening the package, for us to proceed with the request.
  2. Product must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
  3. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  4. There should be no stains, odour, damage, or signs of use or wear.
  5. The item must be returned as a complete set if bought as one, including the free gift (physical product) in the case of returns, or the return will not be considered.
  6. Product should not have been altered, unless it’s a manufacturing defect.
  7. Return details must match the order records in our system.

NOTE: We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request if the above conditions are not met.


SALE DAY POLICY AND MARKDOWNS

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on sale-day, festival discount, and markdown tagged orders once placed. These orders are processed and shipped on priority. Cancellation only possible within 12 hours of order placement.
